1. The first character I fell in love with: TOM PARIS from Voyager. He was one of my very first fandom crushes.
2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Kirk. Never was a huge fan of him until the new movie came out; now I love him.
3. The character everyone else loves that I don’t: ...?? I can't think of a popular fandom character that I don't love. XD
4. The character I love that everyone else hates: Well, one of my friends hates Uhura because of her relationship with Spock in the new movie, and I think Uhura's awesome, so.
5. The character I would shag anytime: TOM PARIS or QUINTO!SPOCK.
6. The character I'd want to be like: Janeway. Fuck yeah awesome female captain. <3
7. The character I'd slap: Picard whenever he gets too pompous.
8. A pairing that I love: Tom/B'Elanna from Voyager. MY FOREVER PAIRING.
9. A pairing that I despise: Chakotay/Seven of Nine. I hate it when producers pair up characters just because the actors are dating. :|
10. Favorite character: Right now it's Spock.
11. What are my three favorite things about the fandom:
1. How diverse it is. You've got fans from virtually every age, gender, and background there is (though less so on LJ, but still). It's awesome.
2. The fanmixes.
3. The nerdiness. XD Star Trek is by far the nerdiest fandom I've ever come across, and I mean that in a very good way.
12. What are my three least favorite things about the fandom:
1. The stigma it used to have (not so much anymore thanks to the new movie).
2. The apparent split between "new" fans and "old" fans (I don't spend much time in the fandom these days so I don't know if this is really as big an issue as I perceive, but I've definitely come across my share of wank relating to this.)
3. That Enterprise existed ever. XD
13. Who are my three favorite characters: Spock, Paris, and either Data or Q.
14. Who are my three least favorite characters: [Insert three random Enterprise characters here.]
15. What are my three favorite pairings: Tom/B'Elanna, Kirk/Spock, and Riker/Troi. OH, and Worf/Dax.
16. What are my three least favorite pairings: Aside from Chakotay/Seven of Nine, I don't really have any.
17. Which character I am most like: I have no idea. XD
18. What is my deep, dark fandom secret: Probably the extent to which I used to be obsessed with Voyager, which in general doesn't seem to be regarded as one of the better shows. BUT I LOVED IT.

2. The friendliness (at least, my impression of the fandom has always been friendly/easygoing).

2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Shouichi. Like Squalo and Gamma before him, I started out hating him and ended up loving him. I'm so damn fickle orz.
3. The character everyone else loves that I don’t: Fran. I like him well enough, but he's hardly a favorite.

5. The character I would shag anytime: One week ago, I would have said Yamamoto without hesitation. But, well... did you see Reborn on that cover?

1. The awesome people.
2. The awesome fic (this ease with which one can find good fic in this fandom amazes me compared to some of my previous fandoms).
3. The awesome cosplay.

1. Lack of plot discussion as opposed to pairing discussion (though there's still plenty of good character discussion, at least).
2. Not enough het (KYOKO AND HARU EXIST DAMN IT!1).
3. ...I can't think of a third thing, actually. God I love this fandom.
13. Who are my three favorite characters: Gokudera, Yamamoto, and Tsuna (lol such a main character bias).
14. Who are my three least favorite characters: M.M., Birds, and let's go with... Glo Xinia for third. (What the hell happened to him, anyway?)

16. What are my three least favorite pairings: Hmm... Reborn/Lambo as mentioned above, Mukuro/Lancia, and Byakuran/Mukuro? Just not really my cup of tea.

1. The shared excitement when a new game comes out.
2. The old-school Nintendo love.
3. How the series appeal to everyone from hardcore gamers to people who don't normally play video games. It makes the fandom that much more interesting.
12. What are my three least favorite things about the fandom: I don't have enough experience with the fandom to say, so I'll skip this question.
13. Who are my three favorite characters: Link, Linebeck, and Midna.
14. Who are my three least favorite characters: Tingle, Ruto, and those goddamn annoying ice monsters with the spears in Twilight Princess... Chilfos, I think they're called. I FUCKING HATE THOSE GUYS.
15. What are my three favorite pairings: Link/Zelda, Link/Sheik, Link/Spoiler!Midna. (lol, there are probably others but I'm too lazy to try and remember all the different characters.)

17. Which character I am most like: Maybe that guy in TP who spends all his time studying the Oocca. I identify with his obsessiveness.

I totally loved Shou-chan the first time I saw him. I actually prefer his younger, socially awkward self.

Last we heard of Glo Xinia, I think, he was in the hospital, mentally gloating over how he pinpointed the Vongola base. Did Byakuran use his Jesus powers and heal him? WHO KNOWS?
10069 is pretty to look at, but I find it difficult to get into the heads of mindfuckers.

Shou was cute enough during his intro chapter, but because he was just a side-character at the time, he didn't register much for me beyond that. And then when I got to the future arc and found out he was responsible for all these terrible things that were going on, it took quite a while for me to warm up to him again. XD
Well, but I was only allowed to pick one!
Yeah, I don't think we've seen him since his sort-of hilarious struggle to convey the location of the Vongola base to Irie. Then he dropped off the face of the earth. BUT GOOD RIDDANCE, I SAY.
And yeah, exactly; there'd just be too much mindfuckery going on for me to really get into it. XD

2. IT's THE SAME FOR ME TOO. I know the exact moment I realised I liked Prussia as well. 8D (WHICH WAS DURING THIS YEAR'S APRIL FOOL'S. When Himaruya's blog was replaced by Prussia's Ore-sama no blog. I looked at him and I suddenly realised that damn, he's so awesome.)
