But the thing is, they can't change this future--or at least, not if they keep playing by the rules Amano's already set up. It's already been established that the Reborn universe has multiple timelines, so even if they do defeat Byakuran in this time, they can't actually undo anything that's already happened. When they go back to their time, they'll be starting a brand new timeline. But there's nothing they can actually do to restore the current timeline more than they already have (which is why the revelation that TYL!Tsuna is still alive is such a huge relief). They can save the lives of the Arcobaleno and Yamamoto's dad in their time, but this future will become a parallel universe as soon as they go back. (Again, assuming Amano doesn't change the rules on us, which she might decide to do, but hey. XD)

...so Squalo had better not die or TYL!Yama will have lost his dad, his mentor, AND his swordrival/friend. THAT'S JUST TOO HORRIBLE. ;_;

And yeah, I can't wait to see how he's connected to all of them. HE KNOWS THINGS!! And he can apparently protect them all from the six FWs; I gotta know what that's all about.
