1. YAMAMOTO

OMG YES. IT'S AAAALLL GOOD.

Seriously, that last page is fucking epic.

2. So, if Gamma hadn't already won me over last week, he definitely would have here. Not only is he giving off more Gokudera vibes than ever (it's not just loyalty... it's EXTREME!LOYALTY!!1), but his relationship with Uni is adorable and heartbreaking. (firecandy89 raised the possibility of him actually being Uni's father, which I hadn't thought about; on the one hand, he seems too young--and he said his love for the old boss was unrequited--but on the other hand, it would be so perfect I'm WILLING TO OVERLOOK IT.)

Also... "Once this box is handed over to you, you will understand the message that comes with it."

I guess now we do. No wonder he kept going on about the goddess smiling on him--he's finally able to fight for his own family again.

3. So, apparently the Mare rings originally belonged to the Girionello (or however you spell it). No wonder Byakuran was so interested in them. Let's see... so that means he's killed the Arcobaleno to get his hands on the pacifiers, merged with the Girionello to get the Mare rings, and has now gone to the ridiculously elaborate lengths of actually FUCKING WITH TIME to get the Vongola rings from ten years ago, before they were destroyed.

I really, really want to know just what the 7^3 is, because THAT IS DEDICATION.

4. So... apparently Squalo was the mysterious swordsman mentioned in the last chapter? DAMN IT That's a bit of a disappointment, but regardless, seems like the Phantom Knight still has some pretty interesting history (what's this about being a traitor?). And of course, he just has to be "this time period's greatest swordsman", because Yama's fights ALWAYS HAVE TO BE AGAINST REALLY AWESOME SWORDSMEN. (But seriously, I'm excited anyway--bring it on. :D)

5. Byakuran. Still a dick. XD

LOL at your tags. XD. Byakuran's a dick, yes I love how flowery and ghey and crafty he is, but I don't want him to win. XD But I don't want him to disappear forever, either!

I like how the plot is getting more complicated now! But if BLack spell ends up collaborating with Vongola I think I'll scream, I don't know. It just shouldn't be that way. But knowing me I'd probably still be excited about what they would do XD Haha... @_@

Yeah, it's awesome because when you look at him he's all happy and pretty and if you showed his picture to the average person on the street and told them he was a dick, they'd be like, "WHAT! THIS IS A SHOCK." I wouldn't worry too much about him disappearing, though, since so far Amano's track record of redeeming villains and then giving them cameos in the next arc is pretty good.

BUT UNTIL THEN, STILL A DICK.

I want a scanlation so bad too. XD GO YAMA. And yeah... is it bad that in the back of my mind, I'm already starting to think of Daddy!Gamma as canon? XDD

I dunno, I kind of like the idea of Black Spell teaming with Vongola at least a little bit (just so long as the Vongola kids still get the big boss fights, which is a given anyway). I like the idea of Byakuran's scheming working against him in that sense--everyone he's screwed over coming for payback.

The worst of it is, his niece is so cute he can't even properly hate. :(

3. Clearly he read the previous two arcs, saw Mukuro and Xanxus, went, "pfft, ameteurs," and PROCEEDED TO CRAFT THIS MOST EVILEST OF SCHEMES.

4. Yeah, in last week's flashback, I swear it looked like Phantom and Gamma had almost a Yama/Goku friendship/rivalry thing going on, so when Gamma referred to him as a traitor, that really surprised me. I guess we'll see, but EITHER WAY I EXPECT AWESOMENESS AS WELL.

5. Wouldn't be any fun otherwise. :P

Yeah, the vest was a nice touch and his hair was fluffy and cute. ...it's too bad he's still a dick XD
