Well, it's not quite the same since the new bottle is Giotto's blood, but yeah. What I'm wondering is that if this guy had Primo's blood all along, why didn't they use it to do this upgrade thing before? For that matter, why was Cozart's blood the blood that they made such a big fuss about passing down in their fancy ceremonies? You'd think they'd have been more concerned with their own founder. Eh, it's all very plot-holey, at least if we assume that Talbot is not in fact senile. XD
