So I checked this out, and after clicking through several pages, I've concluded that I SOMEHOW NEVER READ THIS CHAPTER.
I think it might have been because I dropped into the manga as soon as the anime ran out and I had to start waiting ever couple of weeks for an episode, and that was around the time they had switched to the Varia in the TYL arc. So I guess this chapter was just filler that never made it to the anime - or maybe it did, and I never watched it or something.
