Once in my childhood we had a cat exactly like Hibari. His name was Hamlet. He didn't NEED you, he just tolerated having you around because you provided food. Also when he did something bad and you flung him out the front door, he would hit the ground and then sort of prance lightly away, like, "I wanted to be here. You just gave me encouragement in the direction I was already going. NOT IMPRESSED BY YOU, HUMAN." He trained me to treat cats with respect, because whenever I petted him the wrong way or whatever he would claw the shit out of me. I freaking loved that cat.
Anyway, yeah. Hibari. Sadly born into human form, confusing everyone. STILL HILARIOUS. ...and I think it would be good for him to lose. Also funny. Oh my God, so funny. And someone pointed out that in that case, he and Mukuro would both be in prison, and between them they could TEAR THAT PLACE APART. :D
So, so with you on Daemon Spade. He can fall off a cliff and be eaten by a shark anytime. I would laugh. Maybe Adelheid would also laugh.
