Haha, maybe this is why the Varia don't show up much. They're just too good. If they were included in the manga more frequently, fights couldn't fill up five or six chapters apiece because they'd only last TEN MINUTES. We'd already be done with this arc and halfway through the next, and we can't bloody well have that. XD

I'm not the only one who finds this hilarious, right? THEY FORCED HIM TO WEAR THE HAT. BECAUSE HE WAS MAMMON'S REPLACEMENT. Do they do this for all of their members? Like, if something happened to Squalo (GOD FORBID), and they were recruiting for a new Rain Guardian~~-wannabe~~, would they force the new guy to talk in LOUD ALL-CAPS ALL THE TIME? Because that would be the funniest thing ever. ("Okay, you can join our club, but first, just one thing... YOU MUST CUT OFF YOUR LEFT HAND. DON'T ASK QUESTIONS. JUST DO IT.")

OH SHIT. Why always with the teasing, Amano? NOW I REALLY NEED TO KNOW WHO IT IS. Is the guy saying the Varia will be surprised because of how powerful the guy is, or because they know him from somewhere? Because if it's the latter, I feel some epicness coming on very shortly.

1. LONGCHAMP
2. Mammon (o hey guys I'm not dead after all it was all lies lololo)
3. Some random new character with mysterious ties to one of the Varia. Maybe Bel's brother isn't as dead as we've all heard, for instance. (And actually, considering this conversation, that might not be all that unlikely.) OR SOMETHING COOL LIKE THAT.

Whoever it is, he'd better be awesome.

Two days later, the shark is still amazing. Look at that little guy in the corner going, "KAAAAH!!" THAT'S RIGHT. BECAUSE NOBODY EXPECTS A SHARK.

I MISS LONGCHAMP TOO. Plus it would be hilarious if it really was him, and then the anime had to come up with some way to introduce him without everyone going, "Who the hell...?" THAT WOULD TEACH THEM FOR SKIPPING OVER ALL HIS CHAPTERS.

Haha, that would be great. I mean, it's not like it would make any less sense than IRIE WAS GOOD ALL ALONG on the plot twist scale. Actually, Irie even being a major character to begin with was kind of out of left field. If he could come back and play a major role after one little Daily Life arc chapter, Amano can bring Longchamp back in a plot twisty way too. JUST TO FORCE THE ANIME TO FINALLY INCLUDE HIM.

Lussuria's box weapon... I'm trying to think of the gayest animal possible. XD MAYBE A UNICORN??

I KNOW. All of Squalo's careful planning and anticipation, and he still threw a tantrum. I think he must have just done it on purpose to piss Squalo off. XD

It's one of my favorite things about KHR, really--once-antagonists like Mukuro & the Varia coming back as allies in later arcs. Or in the same arc, apparently, ~~I'm looking at you, Irie.~~ Really, I fully expect Byakuran to be showing up at Tsuna's house in whatever arc follows the Millefiore arc being like "Omg guys!!! I made you awesome Millefiore pumpkin pie!!! Let's play Scrabble!" The Varia are so classy, though. And by classy I mean classy in a freewheeling batshit sort of all-out way. ♥

~~whenever I start liking a character too much I always fear that character's imminent death. 'cause my favorite characters always die if anyone does. I'm paranoid about Gokudera, too. xD;~~

OMG YES! The anime failed at the shock factor there. Shoichi, who showed up in chapter 13, even before Ryohei and Hibari, disappears from our minds for eons and eons and then suddenly is the villain. And we were all like, "WTF...he was important?" (But I was squealing because I secretly loved him from the beginning). And the anime fucked up because Shouichi's fresh on the people's minds before they revealed his villainy-ness. But whatever... XD

1. While Varia quality is no more to be doubted, I've wondering how exactly Xanxus lead them (ummm, I blast this section, you thrashes outta my way?).

2. Actually very surprised that Varia do not held grudges towards the Cavallone (for training Hibari in Ring Battle), but more surprised that they -somewhat- hoping for his assistance. How strong Dino really is?

3. For some assasin group, that hat = WEARING TUTU AND BLINDINGLY PINK LEOTARD IN FUNERAL. Perhaps they want to a). Kill Fran ~~because nobody replace Mammon~~ or b). A test of some sort: "you call yourself assassin? wear this costume and see how good you dodge the bullets ~~XDD~~"

4. LONGCHAMP WOULD BE AWESOME! but IIRC Varia haven't met him (or he would have claimed Mosca as his 542,578th girlfriend already). Mammon would be next-in-awesomeness, granted he had a plan to encounter the poisonous rays and not wobble during the fight. This had led people to start hazarding guess: "Tea? it's probably Basil" "You see that chin? I bet that Dino" ~~if it's Dino, defecting to Millefiore is *now* an option no matter how creepy Byakuran is~~

5. MAGICAL SHARK SWIMMING IN THE RAIN OF (DYING WILL) FIREEEEEE . Approved, Amano.
