Ten things I love about the last six months of KHR.
1. The real Funeral Wreaths. AS EXPECTED, THEY ARE SEXY, AND ALL OF THEM INSANE. ESPECIALLY THIS GUY. BUT ESPECIALLY ALL OF THEM.

HE IS MY FOREVER SHARK.
I love that he trained Yamamoto. (Incidentally, I can only assume this means Yamamoto is now a goddamned force of nature; I can't wait to see his next fight. "This time, you'll become something really special", oh ho ho.) I love that he KOed YAMA WITH A
I am going to say this here and now: If anyone from this series ever gets their own spin-off, I WANT IT TO BE SQUALO. It would be the best damn series ever and I would read it and love it and call it George.
3. GOKUDERA AS A TEACHER. Oh my God, so much love for this development. I think it was the perfect training for him in terms of developing patience, improving his strategic skills, and taking that first step toward being a leader in addition to a follower. Because after all, right-hand man, second-in-command, leader of the rest of the guardians, etc. etc. Basically I fangirled until the cows came home. (And that's not even getting into the hilarity that ensued from the whole thing. XDD)
4. Lambo. I cannot put into coherent words how thrilled I am that he'll actually get to do something in this arc, POSSIBLY, MAYBE. I have waited so long for him to get to do guardian-y stuff again, and HAHA HE HAS HIS OWN BOX NOW, SO AMAZING. Is it too much to hope a hyperactive six-year-old child will be able to do anything at all useful against the Millefiore? Because let me tell you, I cannot wait until his number comes up in Choice. (And if we don't get any flashbacks to more of his training with Gokudera I will be SAD.)
5. AND THE GIRLS TOO, THE GIRLS ALSO GET TO DO STUFF. I love Kyoko and Haru so much. The chapter where Tsuna finally confesses everything to Kyoko was one of my favorites in a good while
6. I can hardly believe I got this far without mentioning it, but. MOTORBIKES. I'm fully aware that the whole thing is completely insane, but. How can it be wrong...
...if it feels so right?
7. SAME WITH THE SUITS. 'Nuff said.
8. AND THE CERVELLO ARE HERE, SON OF A BITCH. I'm running out of steam, but just. WHO ARE THESE GUYS. At this rate they're almost a bigger mystery than the freaking Arcobaleno.

10. And lastly, I just have to say that after this scene, I am so looking forward to the Vongola kicking some Funeral Wreath ass. Hell yes.
Conclusion: If Amano really must drag this arc out until it really is ten years later, this is the way to do it.

3. YES. God, I had the exact same thoughts about Gokudera's possible character development as a teacher. I really hope that worked out for him, lol. I mean, Lambo and Ryohei are still alive, so that's something...

If the girls have to eventually fight, I desperately want to Haru to run up and grab Dino's whip and be like, "Can I borrow this for a sec?", PWN SOMEBODY and be all "Eat my rhythmic gymnastics, bitch! HAHIIIII!" Please, Amano! LET THE GIRLS DO SOMETHING USEFUL BESIDES BEING IN THE KITCHEN, PLZ. (But really, I feel like one of the girls is going to end up tragically injured, and my guess would be Haru, since Kyoko has the 'main-love-interest-protection'. And I'll be all D:)
6. Sex on wheels. That's all there is to it, really.

2. I'm not even kidding, I would adore that so much. Even a filler series about his quest to become the second sword emperor or something. It would be so much win.
3. Like I said, I've got my fingers crossed for a few more flashbacks to that training; I hope Amano doesn't leave all of it to the anime to flesh out. XD But I have a feeling that in the end it'll have turned out to be a stroke of brilliance on Reborn's and Dino's parts. It's definitely the next logical step for Gokudera's character.
5. Oh man, I have the same fear (about one of them being cannon fodder, that is). What with the possibility being there of them getting involved in the battles, it really does feel like a set-up. PLZ NO MAIMING, AMANO. We really do need more scenes with them being awesome.
6. YES, THIS. Plus, I'm just waiting for Gokudera and Uri (or one of the guardian/box animal pairs, anyway) to do some sort of outrageous motorcycle/giant mafia kitty combo attack.

Lol, glad you weren't actually late. XD And yes, they really are becoming more of a mafia-on-crack with every chapter. When I first saw them in the suits, it was like this mix of, "HOT DAMN, NOSEBLEED, ETC." and "HOLY SHIT THEY'RE GROWING UP NOW."
Haha, it's more the reverse for me. Mufasa I can still take seriously... it's Byakuran who I can never again look at with a straight face. XDDD

3 Gokudera <3 yes I loved teacher!Gokudera XD makes me think Fuuta's prediction of him being a great kindergarten teacher wasn't completely crack, though he wouldn't like that...or would he?
4 LAMBO'S POTENTIAL TO BE THE MOST EPIC CHARACTER EVER IS OVERWHELMING. IF THIS ISN'T SOMEHOW WORKED IN I WILL...QUIT REBORN. Actually, no, I won't but uh...yeah, I'd rage.
5 I actually liked that chapter too, but the fanservice in the middle really made me go "...uh...yeah, they are female, I get the picture." Then they showed Chrome's scar and I was like, "Oh, I see. Awww." I kind of have similar feelings toward Chrome and Lambo, I wouldn't call them my favorites but DAMN I'm dying to see some action involving them.

8 Are they just like...order ready robots popular amongst bosses who just happen to be against the Vongola tenth at any given time? Or are they the ultimate evil who sides with everyone anti-Vongola??? OMG

2. DINO WOULD BE THE OBLIGATORY RIVAL CHARACTER. And lol, he would totally narrate and each chapter would be all the more hysterical for it.
3. Heh, I've always secretly thought the kindergarten thing wasn't as completely absurd as it was made out to be. Well, aside from him having no patience with kids AT ALL, and his lectures usually being so technical that even middle schoolers like Tsuna and Yama get lost. ...Okay, so maybe he's not exactly suited for kindergarten, but I definitely think the teaching potential is there.
4. ESPECIALLY WITH ALL THIS SET UP. THIS CANNOT GO TO WASTE, HE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING AWESOME.
5. Well, to be honest, if I said I didn't greatly enjoy the fanservice I would be lying. XD Though in the interests of fairness, I also support the notion of a chapter in which all the guys sit around talking about things while naked. WE MUST HAVE GENDER EQUALITY, AFTER ALL. >.> And I agree 100% about Chrome.
8. I think they are living embodiments of deus ex machina, which is to say that every time the plot needs some supposedly unbiased third party to come in and run a ridiculous tournament arc, or some random subordinates to stand around and look mysterious, they call on them to do the job.
9. YES, BACKSTORY IS GREATLY NEEDED. Especially for the ones we haven't seen yet, like
Hibari's dad??!I-Pin's master and Verde. And also for Reborn himself because I'm suddenly dying to know what really makes him tick.10. IT WILL BE, I HAVE FAITH.

2. JESUSWOMAN! You have no idea how much I've been fangirling over Yamamoto and Squalo. He would be the one with more change with a master like Squalo.
3. Yus! Gokudera has to actually learn to be with the other guardians and not just STFUTHETENTHRULZ!
4. FINALLY SOMEONE HOW SHARES MY THOUGHTS! I would love to see Lambo kick ass in the battle as a five year old, and at the same I don't want anything to happen to him, orz. The time he spent in the hospital after the Ring battles made my heart clench so bad. BUT YES, ASS KICKING!
5. I'm sure the girls will have some kind of part in all this battle, apart from being the ones they (boys) have to protect. I love that they finally told them the truth.
I would love to have Tsuna in a threesome with both of them but I know it won't happen sob, I'll be happy if Haru ends up with Gokudera 8D6 & 7. SO SEXY YOU MEAN.

9. I've been waiting to Yamamoto to tell Tsuna and Co the story that Reborn told him, and Yama said that he would tell it when all the battles are over. I'm hoping it would happen sooner than that.

4. TYL!Lambo and 20YL!Lambo always get all the action; it's long past time that present-day Lambo got to do something as well. He can't have been made a guardian for nothing, after all.
5. I am an ardent GokuHaru shipper but I also support the idea of a Tsuna sandwich with his ladies. XD I really hope they do play more of a role in the rest of this arc, after all that they've been shuffled to the background until now.
9. Yeah, I was disappointed when he didn't reveal anything after the first round of battles. That was just a blatant tease on Amano's part. Hoping to learn more about them soon.
10. Yeah, I guess it's now or never this time, isn't it? I'm just really, really, really looking forward to Byakuran finally being taken down a peg after underestimating them for so long.
