ITP we travel back in time.
It is now Friday, October 30. Boy, I sure am excited for Halloween tomorrow. And did you guys hear, there's a new KHR chapter out!1. I know I'm kind of nitpicking the translation here, but why the hell would someone "show mercy to devils"? DAMN YOU IRIS, THAT'S GOING TO BE NAGGING AT ME ALL DAY NOW.
2. I take it the three illusionists mentioned here are Mukuro, Fran, and maaaybe Genkishi? Someone should give the Vindice an updated memo on that last one (RIP Genkishi). Also, I assume Iris felt like it was rude to point this out, but considering that their eyes are all covered in bandages, it's probably a little easier to pull a fast one on them than they'd like to think. XD
Also, welcome back, Fran...'s hat!
3. OH MY GOD IT'S LIKE AMANO PUT A BUNCH OF NAMES INTO A HAT AND PICKED TWO OUT AT RANDOM TO PLEASE THE AUDIENCE WITH A CRACK!SHIP. M.M. (M.M.??!) AND FRAN ARE DATING? WHAT IS THIS MADNESS?
And on top of that, Fran of all people turns out to be Mukuro's secret protégé. Does anyone else feel like that's kind of a post-mortem slap in the face to poor Mammon? Replaced by the apprentice of his former rival... and then on top of that, the Varia gave said replacement a FREE HAT! No, I will not stop making dumb jokes about the hat.
4. I can't help but wonder how many people picked up KHR again this chapter just because they heard these clowns were finally back. HELLO THERE, TYL KEN AND CHIKUSA, LOOKING GOOD. ...Well, okay, Ken is looking good, anyway. Chikusa... looks... what the hell is that hat. WITH THAT SUIT? REALLY? And on top of that, he's boozing it up. This is so weird. XD
AND YAY MUKURO'S FREE FINALLY IT ONLY TOOK THEM TEN FUCKING YEARS, GOD. I like that Amano at least took the time to acknowledge that in real life his muscles would probably be all fucked up and atrophied. At least she gives us some credit.
5. According to Wiki Answers (which must be right, since it's like a combination of Wikipedia and Yahoo! Answers, THE TWO MOST RELIABLE SOURCES OF INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET!!), it takes about 15 hours to fly from Italy to Japan. And on top of that, Japan is eight hours ahead of Italy. All I can say is, they are damned lucky that peeking into other worlds gave Byakuran Mary Sue swine flu. XD All the same, they had better get moving soon. (I know Byakuran's waiting on Ghost too, but who knows, they probably have access to some super-fast form of travel thanks to Byakuran's h4x.)
6. My God I love Reborn so much. "How will we tell Kawahira that his house burned down?" "'It burned down.'" He should have his own newspaper advice column.
Other points of interest: 1) Gokudera looks hot, and 2) Is that bottom right corner panel accurate? Because if so, that looks really exposed. XD Sure, Byakuran can find them when they're hiding out at the home of a character we've never met before, but when they move to an exposed clearing in the woods where TYL!Tsuna's coffin has probably been placed God knows how many times in however many universes, they manage to give him the slip? Sigh.
7. I swear, if Gokudera and Gamma don't shut up I am going to start shipping them. :/
Also, I love how Nosaru and Tazaru end up ganging up on the one person in the area who's actually weaker than they are (even Lambo tops them, as evidenced by the panel in which he is playing with Tazaru's face), and only because he's lying in a goddamned stretcher. WAY TO GO, YOU GUYS.
8. Awww, Arcobaleno family reunion. Of the ones that are still alive, anyway. Sob. But I love how Lal and Reborn are cooing over Uni like she's their favorite niece or something.
9. Bawww nooo, Uni, you can't die, poor Gamma will be crushed. ;_; WHY YOU GOTTA DO THIS TO HIM. But this is interesting, that the Arco have been around long enough that the Sky pacifier has already been passed down a couple of times. I mean, we already knew that, but still, it makes me wonder about successors for the other pacifiers. ...You know, if they hadn't gotten swept up in all the 7^3 nonsense.
10. Well, it's about fucking time. Epic showdown of epic destiny get. This arc has gone on for long enough, I suppose. I just hope that unlike the last showdown battle we got, this one doesn't disappoint.
And now I'm off to travel a week into the future and review the NEXT chapter too, because I am determined to turn being late into a superpower.

I find your idea of picking up names in the hat totally plausible.
Attention to Goku-kun in recent chapters makes me really happy XD Gokudera used to be my favorite character earlier in the series (2759/5927 was the first KHR pairing I ever shipped). And then I began to love other characters more... but chapters 264 and 265 reflames my love for Goku-kun!

Me too. |D Damn but I love that boy. Every time Amano actually pays attention to him it makes my whole damn week. These two chapters were cause for much fangirling.

I mean, surely as they were letting out Mukuro, something struck them as fishy? I mean, two subs from the Millefiore popping up and asking for a powerful Vongola to be released doesn't sound all that normal to me. LOL.
