Motorcycle Drive By is an amazing song. I've always preferred The Background as my favorite "bawww hospital" song, tho, and I like Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own to Beautiful Day, but the other ones you picked are good songs, too.

The Background is also amazing, haha. I was not kidding when I said that pretty much anything by 3EB could fill in for this meme. Sometimes You Can't Make It is another good one, and I could have gone with Walk On, too. ATYCLB was a great album.

Yeah, it's kind of a lyrical punch to the gut. God, this song. The only way I can think to describe it is... well, there's this Japanese concept called mono no aware, which is "an awareness of the transience of all things, and a gentle sadness at their passing." And to me that pretty much sums it up.

Beautiful, heartbreaking lyrics. Every time I hear this song, I just want to close my eyes and go, "...wow."
