I'll start with Hibari and will probably get to the other two sometime in the next few days.
A) My OTP 3318. I swear I am blind to some things, because this pairing never even occurred to me until dame_batsie and a few others made a case for it, and then after that I started seeing hints for it all over the damn place and was just like, "HOW DID I NOT NOTICE THIS BEFORE?" Ryohei just doesn't seem to have the same instinctive fear of Hibari that the rest of the Vongola kids do; either because they're closer in age or just because of his personality, who knows. But I love how he's always going the extra mile to try and be friendly with Hibari DESPITE THE FACT THAT HIS EFFORTS ARE SHUNNED EVERY TIME. And after that one Primo Arc episode where Ryohei started following him around everywhere and they teamed up to stop Skull's blimp attack, that was pretty much it. I was sold.
B) The runner up Maybe 8018. Ever since this scene, I've thought it was kinda hot. That, and I ship Yamamoto with everyone in the universe ever.
C) The anti-ship 6918. I like rival pairings as much as the next person, but only when said rivals actually hold mutual respect for each other and are maybe even friends underneath all their bickering. And that is very much not the case here. THEY FUCKING HATE EACH OTHER'S GUTS. And Hibari would dearly love to pound Mukuro into a bloody pulp, and Mukuro doesn't see Hibari as anything more than an amusing-if-slightly-stupid toy. And that's just not my thing, idk. I can't get into it.
D) My unpopular fannish opinion on said character While I do like him (and think he is highly amusing), I don't find him all that interesting as a character. I've made a substantial effort to figure out what it is about him that intrigues so many people, actually; I even sat down one time and tried to essay my way into understanding him. But it didn't work. XD There's just too little that we actually know about him. I really, really want Amano to give him a backstory one of these days, but I have a sneaking suspicion that she doesn't really care, that she mostly just keeps him around for the lulz and the fanservice. >_>
E) One person he/she never fell in love with, and why Dino. The thing about Dino is that he presents a Catch 22 for someone like Hibari; in order to be badass, he has to have his subordinates hanging out nearby. If not, then he turns into just another useless herbivore. In other words, Dino's ability to keep Hibari interested is dependent upon his being around a crowd. ...Yeah. Either way, Kyoya loses. XD
