Maybe it's like the L-space in Terry Pratchett's discworld novels. It connects all libaries that exist/have existed/are yet to be built. You can go in and come out last Tuesday in a library in Tibet. Perhaps this one connects to other attics? XD It would fit in with the rest of the space-time-bending that's going on in Reborn LOL
