Hmm. I think Reborn is unlikely, if only because she seems to be setting him up as the obvious choice, which practically guarantees a twist. Byakuran is, sadly, also unlikely, because while this is so something he would pull, I think Amano's editors might actually kill her if the future arc Suddenly Wasn't Over~ ^^;
Nono (or one of the Cake Men Nono Guardians, or Iemitsu) is a definite possibility, but we've already had Evil Fake Nono way back when, and this would be a near-Byakuran level of dickery that I have trouble seeing from any of them, really. Primo himself also seems unlikely, because oh boy do the Shimon have their hate on for him. XD D. Spade, however... that would ring alarmingly true, especially if his original betrayal was linked to the whole Shimon/Primo thing to start with. I think my money is on him at this point. WATCH ME BE WRONG.
