So this review is late, of course, because I've been feeling crappy for most of the week and haven't been online much (I was getting headaches from looking at the monitor screen because I was so out of it XD). But happily, I am finally feeling better (and thanks to everyone who sent healthy thoughts and well wishes ♥), so I'm going to roll up my sleeves and do some serious LJing. STAND BACK, I'M COMING IN.First up: Catching up with this week's markedly underwhelming chapter of KHR!

Now with +5 badtouch and +10 wtf stats! I'm not sure what to make of this!
For KHR 308, that is. Despite the fact that EVERYONE ON MY FLIST seemed to be posting about this chapter, which made me hella curious (I was waiting for IEM's release). IT WAS PRETTY TORTUROUS. But hopefully worth it!
Because like any reasonable person, I adore the heck out of Vongola's beloved failboss, and because it's been too long since I experienced the addictive joys of FST-making.

TIME SURE FLIES WHEN YOU'RE BUSY NOT UPDATING YOUR JOURNAL LIKE YOU OUGHT TO BE. I have like 30-something comments that I have yet to reply to. I wish I could say this wasn't a common occurrence. XD Sorry, guys.
Say what you will about Binktopia, but they are fast. (And what with OP going on break for a month, next week they'll probably be even faster. I could get used to this...)
Just a quick side note before I jump in here--I'm heading up to Lake George tomorrow to go camping for the weekend, so in all likelihood I'll be MIA until Sunday night at the earliest. There is supposedly Wi-Fi access in select parts of the campground I'm staying at, but even if I do manage to get online at some point, I probably won't have much time for LJ antics. So have a good weekend, everyone. ♥
But I can guarantee that if for some reason I still wasn't feeling it before chapter 10, then by the time I reached the end of this chapter, I was a fan for life.
God, it's been like... two months since I last did one of these. And since last week's Jump was apparently a double issue (meaning that in all likelihood we will not get a new chapter this week) (insert weeping here), I'm going to need something to pass the time, damn it.

Well, Gokudera already discovered it years ago, but the others are playing catch-up now.
I've been struggling with Writer's Block recently, so I figured I'd take a break from the angsty stuff I was working on and cleanse my soul with some refreshing crack.
By now everyone's probably heard about OneManga shutting down. I'M NOT REALLY WORRIED, since scanlators have been doing their thing since way before OM and its ilk became popular (even in the worst case scenario, they could just go back to distributing new chapters over IRC like in the olden days), buuuut I am kind of ORZ WHYYYY about it because I'm going to have to edit out all the links in my old chapter write-ups. And then the odds are good that whatever links I edit in will eventually go down as well. SO IT BEGINS... THE GREAT BATTLE OF OUR TIME.
